Performed air conditioning tune up and evaluation on a 12 year old Goodman system; customer keeps condenser clean, but all the cotton wood was stuck at the bottom. Used a hose to rinse cottonwood out of slots at bottom. Found unit low on refrigerant and added 1 pound of r410.
Performed air conditioning repair and evaluation on a 4 year old Trane system; upon arrival found AC low on refrigerant, found leak at suction line braze joint outside. Pumped down AC and verified no more leaks. Recharged unit and added 2 pounds of refrigerant. All else okay at this time.
Performed air conditioning inspection and evaluation on an older AC system; found unit completely empty of refrigerant, customer chose to go with new AC instead.
